Super Admin only Β· a complete backup of everything plus a separate backup for each app, all taken automatically every 6 hours. Pick a section, then β» Restore any backup in its list.
Faculty Attendance is stored on attendance.vinexiasacademy.com. The server takes a backup automatically every 6 hours (kept 30 days) and every day (kept 120 days), plus any βBackup nowβ. Enter the attendance Super Admin password (from sync.php) to see them and restore.
Super Admin only. Create logins and roles, change passwords, turn logins on or off, choose which tabs each login can open and after how many idle minutes they are signed out. π Backups is for the Super Admin only. The detailed rights inside Student Details (view / add / edit per section) are set in Student Details β Settings.
What each role may do inside Student Details. Named staff logins follow the rights of their role. Super Admin always has every right.
Tick what this role may see (π View) and change (β Edit) in each student's profile. Edit also needs "Students list & profiles: Edit" above. Unticked fields are hidden from this role.
Set a new password for a student or put it back to the default password. The e-mail shown is where "Forgot password" sends a new password (the student's e-mail, or the parent's when the student has none).
